Madonna Pays Tribute to The King of Pop Live At O2 Arena “Long Live The King”
During a recent show at London’s O2 Arena (the same venue Michael Jackson was set to embark upon his This Is It tour in later this month), Madonna took an opportunity to pay tribute to the Once and Future King of Pop during her performance of Holiday:
“One of the Greatest artists the world has ever known. Michael Jackson. Long Live The King.”
I may have little trust or respect for much of what Madonna has done in the past 10 years, but whether was another example of Madonna’s need for attention and publicity, it was cool to see her pay respect to the King of Pop.
