Five Weeks After Release Jay-Z’s ‘The Blueprint 3′ Officially Platinum Plus
Jay-Z moved up one spot on the Billboard 200 this week to the #5 position. Compared to many other artists on the tally, Jay actually had one of the lowest drops on the top tier of the Album charts.
The big news is of course that Mr. Carter has officially gone platinum in under two months, at a time when no one goes platinum anymore:
Jay-Z’s “The Blueprint 3” moves up one notch, to No. 5, with 65,000 (down 27%).
